Cancer recurrence rates are essential for understanding the performance and order of intervention, and is the bedrock of real world data. With it, we can transition to a learning health care environment.

Follow-Up

I agree with UCSF's submission of this data element as follow-ups can both outline individual patient outcomes as well as represent the effectiveness of treatments when evaluated from a registry.
