This SDOH category covers records relevant to circumstances that range from Financial Insecurity to Financial Security. LOINCis used for Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) observations (assessment instrument panels, questions, and answers.) (LOINC may be used for SDOH goals in future versions of the SDOH CC IG.) SNOMED CT U.S. Edition is used for observations, conditions, goals, and interventions related to SDOH. (Interventions may include procedures and/or service requests in the SDOH CC IG.) ICD-10-CM is used for diagnoses related to SDOH. CPT is used for interventions related to SDOH. (Interventions may include procedures and/or service requests in the SDOH CC IG.)
