Food Insecurity Definition: Uncertain, limited, or unstable access to food that is: adequate in quantity and in nutritional quality; culturally acceptable; safe and acquired in socially acceptable ways. LOINC is used for Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) observations (assessment instrument panels, questions, and answers.) (LOINC may be used for SDOH goals in future versions of the SDOH CC IG.) SNOMED CT U.S. Edition is used for observations, conditions, goals, and interventions related to SDOH. (Interventions may include procedures and/or service requests in the SDOH CC IG.) ICD-10-CM is used for diagnoses related to SDOH. CPT and HCPCS are used for interventions related to SDOH. (Interventions may include procedures and/or service requests in the SDOH CC IG.) Gravity Project’s SDOH Screening Assessments, SDOH Conditions, SDOH Goals, and SDOH Interventions (SDOH Service Requests and SDOH Procedures) value sets are included in USCDIv2. All Gravity Project social risk domain value sets (e.g., food insecurity) are included within USCDIv2 as they are contained within the SDOH sets.	Gravity Project® Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) data elements and value sets are created and curated through a consensus HL7 FHIR Accelerator™ Project, with the charter to develop the data standards to address SDOH.
