Gravity Project® Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) data elements and value sets are created and curated through a consensus HL7 FHIR Accelerator™ Project, with the charter to develop the data standards to address SDOH. For a list of Gravity Project SDOH Value Sets and social risk domain face-valid instruments see the Gravity Project Confluence site. One can also search value sets in VSAC for “The Gravity Project” as steward. Each Gravity Project value set in VSAC has a description/purpose statement to assist with implementation.
