What about the fetal heart rate? Basically the heart rate of the fetus.
Would this be a separate data element.
If you tried to code heart rate (observable entity) that would work for the patient.
If it is a fetus, fetal heart rate (observable entity) is a different concept.
Something to consider on how to represent the fetus.
