Structure for capture of address
I support the use of Project US@ for the capture of all addresses to standardize the process regardless of what context the address is captured. Standard capture of this fundamental element will support innovation across the ecosystem and support interoperability. I support the capture and maintenance of all previous addresses for use in patient matching or linking.
