Dr. Joseph Rubacky, Dover Family Physicians, highlights the benefits of electronic health records (EHRs), including the impact that EHR adoption has had on his medical practice. Rubacky was one of the providers recognized during the recent Meaningful Use Vanguard (MUVer) event sponsored by Quality Insights of Delaware – Regional Extension Center. The MUVer event recognized Delaware providers, who are leaders in adopting certified EHR technology. Dover Family Physicians was the first practice in Delaware (working with the Delaware REC) to attest to meaningful use within the Medicare EHR Incentive Program.
