Sending Electronic Syndromic Surveillance Data to a Public Health Agency

This resource is intended to aid providers and health IT implementers in understanding health information exchange (HIE) solutions related to the Meaningful Use Menu Measure 10 – Syndromic Survelliance Data Submission.
