Anne Castro

In her role at Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina, Ms. Castro plays a vital role in helping BCBSSC and the information technology department achieve its mission statement objectives, while working with stakeholders to develop and enforce an architecture framework that aligns strategy, processes and IT assets with business goals. She has extensive experience in all the lines of business in the health plan with established long-term relationships with business leadership.
