Kelly Cronin serves as the director of interoperability for health care transformation at ONC, where she coordinates policies to create and sustain a more connected, value based health care system.

Ms. Cronin was the first staff person in ONC and has held a variety of leadership positions since its inception. She’s also been an advisor to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) administrator and supported the establishment of the accountable care and learning and diffusion portfolios in CMMI.

Prior to HHS, Ms. Cronin worked as director at the Lewin Group where she managed health services research projects in the medical technology practice group. She has a Master's degree in public health and a Master's degree in health policy from George Washington University.

Online Health IT Tools and Technical Assistance Will Help State Innovation Model States, and Others, Implement Innovative Care Transformation

Beginning this month, ONC is partnering with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to develop specialized technical assistance as well as comprehensive online health IT tools and resources for State Innovation Model (SIM) states.  The online resources are also available to states not participating in the program.
