[1] The Baseline Survey was conducted as students completed the program. The Follow-up Survey was conducted 6 months later.

[2] Survey data of CCC students in health IT employment or employed in a job with health IT responsibilities 6 months after program completion is for the third cohort of CCC students only. The first two cohorts asked students whether they were employed in health IT. The third cohort had a follow-up question asking students that answered 'no' to health IT employment, whether they had health IT responsibilities.
