Once you or a subrecipient have purchased equipment that is an allowable cost under an ONC award and for which you received ONC prior approval, if applicable, you must use and manage it in accordance with the requirements of 45 CFR 74.34 and 74.37 or 45 CFR 92.32, and report on it at closeout, either requesting disposition instructions or indicating your intention to continue to use it after closeout.
