Rural Health Resource Center's HIT Network Case Studies


Rural health networks play a crucial role in improving health care and supporting the adoption of health information technology (HIT) in rural communities across the country. To better support rural health networks focused on supporting their members through their HIT adoption and implementation, the National Rural Health Resource Center conducted a series of key informant interviews with successful rural HIT networks across the country.

The material in these guides and tools was developed from the experiences of Regional Extension Center staff in the performance of technical support and EHR implementation assistance to primary care providers.
