PSR, Schedulers, Front Desk, Med Secretaries

• Check in/Check out
• Scheduling
• Receive outside test results/consults from specialists

Nurses (LPNs/RNs), MAs

• Prepare patients for visit prior to scheduled day
• Triage patients
• Access outside medical records through HIE portals
• Medication reconciliation
