1. NCPDP recommends that ASTP/ONC update NCPDP SCRIPT Standard, Implementation Guide Version 2022011 to NCPDP SCRIPT Standard, Implementation Guide Version 2023011.
2. NCPDP recommends that ASTP/ONC update NCPDP Formulary and Benefit Standard V11 to NCPDP Formulary and Benefit Standard V60.
3. NCPDP recommends that ASTP/ONC update the Limitations, Dependencies, and Preconditions for Consideration section to add - NCPDP operating rules are incorporated as part of the NCPDP SCRIPT Standard, Implementation Guide Version 2023011.
4. NCPDP recommends that ASTP/ONC update the Limitations, Dependencies, and Preconditions for Consideration section to remove comment “Operating rule for formulary corresponds with NCPDP Formulary and Benefit Standard v60 and later which has not been named in regulation.”
