  • Proposed change:
  1. Please provide clarification on differences between this data element and Plurality. Is this a yes/no response?
  2. Please REMOVE from "Additional Specifications": Vital Records Birth and Fetal Death Reporting https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-bfdr/.

NACCHO Comment: Support - This will be confusing to LHDs to have two elements that are so similar.

ICD-10-CM O60.X, Z38.3X and Z38.6X not specified in submission

ICD-10-CM codes representing multiple gestations and pregnancy outcomes are not immediately transparent in the submission.

Recommend adding or highly considering ICD-10-CM O60.X, Z38.3X and Z38.6X , which are diagnostic and encounter-level representation of a patient's pregnancy episode or delivery.
