Suggest New ISA Standards

This form provides a mechanism for ONC staff and federal partners to suggest new interoperability needs to the ISA team. It may also be used by external stakeholders who wish to suggest new content for the ISA within the ISA’s table structure. Please note that submissions will be reviewed by ISA team members and may be modified from their original form prior to publication.
For detailed information about each of the characteristics, please review the Introduction. If you are unsure about any of the characteristics, leaving them blank is acceptable.

List any known limitations, dependencies, preconditions that implementers should be aware of. This can also be used to list other notes about the interoperability need, or to describe ‘in-progress’ work on standards or implementation specifications that may not be ready to list in the ISA table. If the standard or implementation specification has entries in the Interoperability Proving Ground, please also provide links.”

For Section I (terminology/code set) standards, provide a list of the code set or starter sets, if known. For all other sections, list applicable security patterns that apply to this interoperability need.
